While the world is fighting hard against Covid-19, some brands and content creator are using their network and influence in order to create meaningful actions and help the community.
Their main goal: Deliver 100,000 care packs to vulnerable households.
Each care pack consists of the following items, sufficient for one to five persons :
- 1 bottle of hand sanitizer (500ml)*
- 1 bottle of antibacterial body wash (500ml)*
- 1 tube of Vitamin C tablets*
- 1 bottle of disinfectant solution (500ml)
- 1 packet of antibacterial wipes (40 pieces)
- 1 bottle of antibacterial handwash (200ml)
- 1 pack of surgical masks (5 pieces)
* Two out of these three indicated items will be included in each care pack.
Cloversoft, Guardian, NTUC FairPrice, Radha Exports, Lazada, Supersteam, and Unilever are the brand that contributed to the care pack items, while packaging and delivering services are provided by Ninja Van.
With the campaign’s launch, Singaporeans will be able to purchase the packs from the #SGPAYSITFORWARD website, which will then be delivered to migrant workers, low-income families, senior citizens, and people with special needs.
At this time, about 100,000 care packs have already been prepared and the ideas are to encourages Singaporeans to purchase via the website a pay-it-forward care pack for SG$25.
Along with, the influencers are sharing massively this initiative, the campaign managed to also get the support of local media companies such as GOODSTUPH and SGAG, but also some big brands like ShopBack, Kinohimitsu, Love Bonito, and Carousell. They are all providing content creation and distribution to their audience in order to raise awareness for this great initiative.
