Local Businesses Give “the Gift of Hope” 💛

Crib Society (@crib_society), a social enterprise founded in 2014 with the mission to empower women in their entrepreneurship journey had announced “Heart of Gold 💛” campaign on November 6th, 2019.

The community which had more than 300 core members brought together 10 women-led businesses based in Singapore to raise funds towards a good cause by Operation Hope Foundation: rebuilding homes for people affected by the 2015 Nepal earthquake and improving the lives of abandoned children in Pokhara, Nepal. 

The campaign tagline was “Give a gift of hope” and comprised of limited edition gold-themed collections designed by 10 different local brands led by women entrepreneurs.

The collections were launched on November 27th, just in time for the festive season gifting and parts of the proceeds will go to the abovementioned cause.

Participating brands were Ans.Ein (@ans.ein), Badt and co (@badtandco), Choc Gems (@chocgems), In_Trigue Jewellery (@in_trigue), The Missing Piece (@iwantthemissingpiece), Jeannie Richard Jewelry( @jeannierichardjewelry), Jokilda (@jokilda), Ksisters (@ksisters.sg), Nida Shay (@nidashay) and Tria The Label (@triathelabel). 

Notable female personalities of various backgrounds were involved in this campaign, namely author Paige Parker (@iampaigeparker), TV personalities Denise Keller (@denisekeller) and Andrea De Cruz (@boboesque), Crib Society founder Tjin Lee (@tjinlee), Mompreneur Michelle Hon (@thechillmom) as well as renowned influencers Andrea Chong (@dreachong) and Melissa Koh (@melissackoh).

Their involvement includes photoshoots for the gold-themed collections and sharing of the campaign on their social media accounts.
