As an e-commerce portal for 4 different duty-free stores located at Changi Airport, iShopChangi allows travelers to shop for duty-free items for self-collection at the airport or delivered to their home with the boarding pass as proof.

On Dec 1st, Changi Airport posted a video on Facebook and Youtube channel to kickstart their Happy Hour campaign in 2019. In the video, Mong Chin was challenged to shop for products at The Shilla DFS with two different budgets and created make-up tutorials with the purchased items.
As she goes through the aisles searching for suitable products, the video highlighted the various brands, additional in-store promotions as well as tips from the beauty influencer herself.
The step-by-step make-up tutorials listed in further details the beauty products used to create the different styles. As of Dec 10th, the video had amassed more than 6K view on Youtube
On Dec 3rd, Mong Chin shared a shortened version of the video on her Instagram of the collaboration and shopping perks. In her post, the viewers were directed to view the full version of the challenge video on Changi Airport’s IGTV and the landing page for the Happy Hour campaign.
For this campaign, the content created was relevant to the target audience of travelers who will be traveling for the upcoming holiday season. The make-up tutorials were created with products procured on the spot by Mong Chin and the product details were listed with each step; this made the content relevant and useful for the wider audience as well.
